Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luminous Leaf Publication. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Guides)

  • Delivery Time: All digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your download immediately via your account dashboard and a confirmation email.
  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping charges for digital products.

2. Shipment Processing Time (Hardcopy Books)

  • Processing Duration: All physical orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Dispatch: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • High Volume Delay: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a new Shakespeare release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or remote locations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order status directly by logging into your Luminous Leaf account.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Luminous Leaf Publication is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • Luminous Leaf Publication is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide photos of the damage via your account dashboard.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. International Shipping Policy
