Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Luminous Leaf Publication. To ensure a transparent shopping experience for our community, we have outlined our policies regarding digital and physical purchases below.

1. Account & Order Management

All purchases are linked to your registered account at luminousleafpublication.com. To track your order, download digital assets, or initiate a return/cancellation, please log in to your dashboard.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Guides)

  • No Returns: Due to the immediate nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks, answer keys, and digital guides are final.
  • Policy: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the digital file has been delivered to your account or download link has been sent.
  • Support: If you encounter a technical issue or a corrupted file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement link.

3. Physical Products (Hardcopy Books)

  • 7-Day Return Window: You may return a hardcopy book within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible, the book must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, folded pages, or markings.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a hardcopy book at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You must instead follow the Return Policy (Section 3) once the item arrives.
  • eBooks: As digital orders are processed instantly, they are not eligible for cancellation.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).

6. How to Process a Request

To initiate a cancellation or return:

  1. Log in to your account at luminousleafpublication.com.
  2. Go to your “Order History.”
  3. Select the order and click on “Request Return” or “Cancel Order.”
